Over 200 people visited the Presentation Brothers in Glasthule last weekend as part of an Open House experience.

Br Ray Dwyer, community leader, explained the reason behind the event: "Last year the Brothers moved out of the parish to facilitate renovation of the house. Earlier this year we returned and this event was an opportunity for parishioners to visit the house and to meet the Brothers."

Throughout the morning large crowds gathered in the new function room for refreshments.

Visitors were also given a free copy of the recently produced DVD, "At The Desert's Edge", which profiles the work of the Brothers in Ghana.
