Edmund Rice Heritage and Study Centre, Cork

Edmund Rice did his good works quietly, without fanfare. Much ofwhat he did may never be known. This is also true of many PresentationBrothers.

Recording and proclaiming what is knownof their inspiring story, for the Glory of God, is the primary functionof the Edmund Rice Heritage and Study Centre.

The centre is located in The Mardyke House in Cork city and contains a lecture hall, a large multi purpose hall and a Chapel.

Pictorial displays, short videos and computer presentations are prepared to tell the story of the Presentation Family.

A Prayer Garden situated alongside the Centre tells the story ofBlessed Edmund's life and the history of the Congregation.

Evening and Weekend Seminars and Week long Summer Workshops are also held atthe Centre, and its tranquil setting on Cork City's Mardyke makes itideal for a day of recollection.

The Chapel is used regularly by members of the Presentation Family.
