Ruah, a programme to deepen understanding of the story of Edmund Rice and Nano Nagle, runs from June 16th to June 29th.

The two week programme involves pilgrimages to the resting place of Nano Nagle (founder of the Presentation Sisters) at South Presentation Convent in Cork and the resting place of Blessed Edmund Rice at Mount Sion in Waterford. Visit the Ruah website here.
Ruah is the Hebrew word for 'God's spirit'.

Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor, the retired Archbishop of Westminster, paid a courtesy visit to the Presentation Brothers in Cork last week.
The cardinal celebrated Mass with the Maiville community in Turner's Cross and spoke warmly of his education by the Presentation in both Presentation Brothers College, Cork and Presentation College, Reading.

The cardinal was in Cork to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of his cousin, Father Kerry-Murphy O'Connor, Parish Priest in Turner’s Cross.

News: Safeguarding Children workshop takes place in Cork
Brothers and lay staff from the Anglo-Irish Province of the Presentation Brothers participated in a Safeguarding Children workshop at the Mardyke House on Saturday. The workshop was led by Helen O'Riordan IBVM. Helen is a member of the National Case Management Reference Group established by the National Board for Safeguarding of Children in the Catholic Church in Ireland. Helen, a Loreto sister, worked previously in the diocese of Ferns and has extensive experience of working with survivors of abuse and providing pastoral support for victims.
